From the date of purchase, customers have 14 days to return unsuitable items to us for an exchange/store credit. They will be able to use the equivalent value towards another product from the current empire stock. However, If their desired size/product is not available at the time we will offer a store credit which can be used on our sourcing service. (Store credits must be redeemed within 90 days).
Any returns must arrive back to us in the original condition that they were sold in. They must have all original tags attached and remain in the original undamaged packaging. We maintain the right to refuse any returns outwith these conditions.
We do not offer any returns on items which have been sourced in specifically for you. However, if there is any issues let us us know and we can do our best to resolve them for you.
HOW TO RETURN:
You can either return your order directly to our Glasgow store in Princes Square (open 10am-6pm daily) or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address and details for a postal return.
Postal Exchanges will incur a fee of £10 to cover our additional postage and packaging costs. In person exchanges will be free of charge.
As an independent reseller of these products, we do not offer any type of warranty for the products we sell. All products are thoroughly inspected by our experts to ensure they are authentic and free from any damages, marks or wear. After you have worn our products they are no longer covered by our return/exchange policy. Any damages or concerns should be reported to the original manufacturer and may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
